Weight or Weight Class

Adjust your weight class and choose between kilograms (kg) or pounds (lbs), then provide your current body weight.

The weight value is used to calculate watts per kilogram (W/kg), a performance metric available to ErgZone+ subscribers.

The weight class (heavyweight or lightweight) is used for Concept2 online rankings.

Concept2 Users:

Weight Classes (HWT and LWT) are used when uploading a result to the Concept2 Logbook. Ensure the information is correct, since it will affect Concept2's row workouts ranking.

Integrations

Strava

ErgZone connects directly to Strava to upload your workout data as soon as a session is completed.

For Concept2 users:

Unlike syncing through the Concept2 Logbook, ErgZone’s direct connection provides more accurate results—especially for interval workouts or sessions with rest periods. It helps address a common issue where the distance recorded on Strava appears shorter than what’s shown on the erg screen.

Because the data comes straight from ErgZone (instead of being reformatted by Concept2), the workout details are more complete and better aligned with what you actually did.

Rojabo

Rojabo users can link their Rojabo account to ErgZone and have workouts automatically preloaded into the app.

This makes it easy to follow your Rojabo plan using ErgZone’s workout screen and logging tools.

CTC (Cross Team Challenge)

The Cross Team Challenge is a free monthly rowing competition hosted at insideindoor.com.

With ErgZone’s integration:

  • The monthly CTC workout appears preloaded in the app
  • Once you complete the workout, your results are automatically submitted to the official CTC Leaderboard

To connect:

  1. Go to Concept2 Login
  2. Tap Connect to Logbook
