ErgZone App Settings
How to update profile information?
The following personal information on ErgZone comes from the user's Concept2 Logbook profile:
- Name
- Date of Brith
- Gender
- Country
To update any of those:
- Go to the Logbook and update the data
- Sign out on ErgZone app
- Sign in on ErgZone app
During the sign-in, ErgZone will receive the updated data from Concept2.
How to sign out from the ErgZone app
- Go to Settings (gear icon on the top left of the ErgZone app)
- Scroll until the "Concept2 Login" section
- Click on the "Logout" button
How to adjust weight or weight class?
You can adjust the weight and weight category on the Settings screen inside the ErgZone app.
- Go to Settings (gear icon on the top left of the ErgZone app)
- Scroll to the "Weights" section
Note:
Weight Class (HWT and LWT) are used when uploading a result to the Logbook. Ensure that information is correct as it will reflect on Concept2's Rankings for rower workouts.
Benchmarks
ErgZone uses the data provided in the benchmark section to calculate the suggested pace or power for an interval.
Note: ErgZone does not update the benchmark automatically. It has to be done by the athlete.
Here is how to update your benchmarks:
- Go to Settings (gear icon on the top left of the ErgZone app)
- Scroll down until the "Benchmarks" section
- Select between Row, Ski, or Bike
- Provide the data for each benchmark.
- Time for distance: 500m, 1k, 2k, 5k, 6k.
Note: this is the TOTAL time. You can include decimals; if not present, the system will assume it is .0.
For example, 18:00 will be set as 18:00.1. - Watts for FTP and Max Power
Note: this is an integer (no decimals) - SPI: is a number and can have decimals. If no decimals are present, the system will assume it is a .0.
- Time for distance: 500m, 1k, 2k, 5k, 6k.
