Metrics: Watts Per Kilo

w/kg = wattage /kilos

For calculation purposes, ErgZone utilizes the Weight inputted in the Settings.

Update Your Weight

Open the ErgZone app
Click on the Settings icon (the gear icon on the top left of the ErgZone app).
On the "ErgZone+" section, provide the weight in Kg or Pounds.

w/kg is available for ErgZone+ Members.
