How do I sync my workouts to the Logbook?

ErgZone automatically send your results to the Logbook as soon as you finish or end the workout; it is unnecessary to do it manually. 

IMPORTANT: If you finish a workout and don't see the results in the Logbook right away, please wait a couple of hours and check again.  Sometimes Logbook is down, but ErgZone servers will automatically retry to upload results until successful.

Are workouts verified?

Yes. 

Results uploaded by ErgZone will be set as verified on the Logbook. 

Connect ErgZone to your Logbook

To upload your workout results from the ErgZone app to the Concecpt2 Logbook website, you need to sign in on the app with your logbook account.

If you are using the app as a Guest, please sign in on the app with your Logbook account.


Signing In

  1. Open the ErgZone app. 
  2. Click on the Settings icon (gear icon on the top left of the ErgZone app)

  3. Scroll to the Concept2 Login section.
  4. Click on the "Connect to Logbook" button.

  5. Provide your username and password and click on the "Login" button. 

  6. Click on the green button "Approve ErgZone" to authorize ErgZone to use your account to upload results. 

  7. All done.

    Your workout results will automatically be uploaded to the Logbook when you finish a workout using the ErgZone app. 

Workout Comments on the Logbook

When uploading your performance data to the Logbook, ErgZone can send a comment or note. As follows:

  • Workouts inside My Workouts will send: Title and Description 
  • Workouts inside a private group will send: Title and Group Name

Enable or disable notes from going to Logbook? 

  1. Open the ErgZone app.
  2. Go to the Settings icon (gear icon on the top left of the ErgZone app)

  3. Scroll to the Concept2 Login section.
  4. Toggle the "Automatic Logbook Notes" to enable
  5. Toggle the "Append EZ link to Logbook Notes" if you don't want to add the ErgZone link to the note.

    When clicked, the link will open the workout inside the ErgZone app. This is a convenient way to go back to the workout in the future. 

  6. On the Logbook, it will be displayed in the Comment section of the workout.
