Concept2 Workouts & WOD

ErgZone preload all the Concept2's Short, Medium, and Long daily workouts along with the WOD (Workout of the Day) for each of the ergs. 

You can find those workouts on the Row, Ski, and Bike groups on the Discover screen. 

Here is the step-by-step:

  1. Open the ErgZone app
  2. Go to the "Discover" screen (globe icon on the bottom) 
  3. Scroll down to the "All" section, which is located below Training Plans, Memberships, and Competitions sections
  4. Find the group you want to follow (Row, Ski, or Bike)
  5. Click on "Follow." 
  6. Go back to the "Workouts" screen (home icon on the bottom)
  7. The group you just followed will be displayed on the top; click on it
  8. The list of workouts will be ordered by date, most recent on the
     top. 

Daily Workouts 

Short, Medium and Long will prefix each of the daily workouts.

Workout Of the Day (WOD)

The WOD word will prefix the Workout Of the Day. 

Concept2 WOD Week Challenge

ErgZone will autoload the WOD Week's Challenge workouts inside the same groups.

Concept2 Ranking Workouts 

You can find all of Concept2's ranking pieces pre-loaded on ErgZone in the "Concept2 Rankings & Challenges" group. 

Because ErgZone automatically syncs to the Concept2 Logbook website, you can also rank the workouts there. 

  1. Open the ErgZone app
  2. Go to the "Discover" screen (globe icon on the bottom) 
  3. Search for "Concept2 Rankings" on the search bar
  4. Click on the "Follow." button
  5. Go back to the "Workouts" screen (home icon on the bottom)
  6. The group you just followed will be displayed on the top

If having all workouts loaded wasn't enough, ErgZone also has its Leaderboard for each workout; you can schedule to do the workout with other athletes, get live encouragement from others, and more.
