Viewing Heart Rate Data on the ErgZone App

ErgZone displays heart rate in 3 different forms:

  • BPM
  • HR%
  • HR Zones

Beats per Minute (BPM)

Represented by a heart icon, "❤️," this displays beats per minute.

Heart Rate Percentage (HR%)

Represented by "❤️ %," this displays heart rate percentage.

It is calculated based on the Max HR set in Settings.

HR Zones (Rings)

Represented by a ring, the colors indicate your Heart Rate Zones as follows:

  • Grey: Below 60%
  • Blue: 61-70%
  • Green: 71-80% green
  • Orange: 81-90% orange
  • Red: 91+ red

The ring’s colors represent the time spent in each zone and are ordered clockwise. The zone where you spend the most time starts at the 12 o’clock position. While working out, your current zone will be displayed in a thicker, bolder segment.
