Integrations: Apple Health

ErgZone integrates with Apple Heath to automatically track an Activity when workout using the ErgZone app. 

How to enable Apple Health integration?

1. Open the ErgZone app. 
2. Go to Settings (gear icon on the top left of the ErgZone app).
3. Enable the "Apple Heath" option.
4. Open the "Apple Health" app.
5. Click "Sharing" 
6. Click on "Apps"
7. Click on "ErgZone"
8. Click on the "Turn On All" button.
9. To view the data sent to Apple Health by the ErgZone app, click on the "Data from "ErgZone" option.
