Stroke Power Index (SPI)

SPI = wattage/rate (watts divided by rate).

The Stroke Power Index Percentage is calculated by the ErgZone app in real-time.

It considers the SPI number configured in the Benchmarks; the app will show a "-" (hyphen) if it is absent.
