Metrics: Time & Elapsed Time
Time
As the name suggests, the Time metric displays duration in minutes: seconds format.
During a workout, the Time column will display slightly different data depending on whether the workout is set for "Time," "Distance," or "Calories."
Table View Mode
Depending on the type of interval or splits, the time and elapsed time will display slightly different data during and after the workout.
Grid Mode
In Grid Mode, athletes have the option to choose to view the Time for:
- Interval: display a countdown to the end of the interval. Similar to what is displayed on the erg monitor.
- Current: display the time passed on the interval (duration of the interval)
Live View
Elapsed Time
Elapsed works similarly to Time, but it includes the rest periods, if present.
