Metrics: Drive Length

Drive length refers to the length of a stroke in meters.

Drive Lenght is a premium metric on ErgZone and is available for ErgZone+ Members only.

Stroke length differs among individuals, influenced by height, leg length, and flexibility.

Keeping the drive length consistent throughout the workout is ideal as it means the athlete is consistent on each stroke, but viewing a drop in drive length at higher rates is not uncommon.

Drive length is displayed as: 1.30, 1:42, 0.90.

Drive Length on Table View Mode

In the Table View mode, the drive length will be displayed under the header "Drive."

During the workout, the table view's overall (first row) will display the current stroke's length.

Once the workout is finished, it will display the average length of the entire workout.
