Metrics: Meters

As the name indicates, it displays information about rest periods between intervals.

During an interval

Before or during an interval, the rest of the metric will display the length in the mm: ss format. As demonstrated in the screenshots below.

During the rest period

It will display a countdown to the end of the current rest and the TIME metric will display the word REST to let athletes know it is the rest period.
