Competition: Managing Scores

Approving or Rejecting Results

Organizers only need to approve or reject manually entered results.

Results automatically collected by the ErgZone app are verified in real time and do not require manual approval.

How to Approve or Reject Results

  1. Go to https://admin.erg.zone and sign in.
  2. On the menu, click Competitions and select your event.
  3. Open the Workouts tab.
  4. Click Pending Results to see all manually submitted results awaiting approval.
  5. Review each submission and confirm that it matches the competition rules and any provided evidence (e.g., screenshots).
  6. Click Approve if the result is valid.
  7. Click Reject if the result is incorrect or missing required information.

Once approved, the result will appear on the leaderboard.

Rejected results will not be displayed unless resubmitted and approved.

Transferring Results Between Athletes

In local competitions, athletes usually compete using equipment provided by the organization.

If the correct athlete isn’t selected on the device before starting the workout, the result will be associated with the wrong participant.

In these cases, the admin can transfer the result to the correct athlete.

Note: This option is available for in-person (local) competition.

To learn more about how to host, organize, plan, and manage an in-person competition, visit: In-Person or Local Competition Management.

To transfer a result:

  1. Go to https://admin.erg.zone and sign in.
  2. On the menu, click Competitions and select your event.
  3. Open the Workouts tab.
  4. Click on the workout containing the result you want to transfer.
  5. Click More (the two dots icon).
  6. Select Transfer Result.
  7. Search for and select the athlete who should receive the result.
  8. Click Transfer to complete the action.

After the transfer, the result will appear under the selected athlete’s name and be reflected on the leaderboard.
