How do I start my group?
- Visit ErgZone Web Admin
- Sign in with your Logbook account.
- On the Menu, click on the "Billing" tab.
- Select a Tier based on the number of users;
- Select your payment option: Monthly or Annual
- Provide your billing information.
- Click on the "Subscribe" button.
- A group will automatically be created for you.

How do I change my plan?
You don't! Our system automatically changes your plan and adjusts it monthly or yearly based on the number of members.
How do you count members?
One week before your billing cycle ends, the system will recalculate how many members have accessed your group during the past 3 weeks.

Are all the members of a group considered ErgZone+ members?
No. Only the group owner has access to the ErgZone+ features.
