Set workout as FIT when it does not include an erg.

Score Type

  • None: use this when there are no scores to be reported.
  • Time: used for workout "For Time." 
    For example: 
    50 pull-ups 
  • Rounds + Reps: used for workouts with a set time to be completed like AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible).
    For example, "Cindy" - AMRAP in 20 minutes: 
    • 5 push-ups
    • 10 pull-ups
    • 15 air squats

ErgZone will display 1 field to report rounds + 1 field to report reps (incomplete rounds).

  • Reps: similar to "Rounds + Reps," but in this case, ErgZone will display only one field for the total repetitions
  • Longest time: this is similar to time. Use this option when you enable Leaderboard for the workout; it should be ordered for the longest time.
    For example:
    Sandbag hold overhead.
