Groups: Manage Request
A group admin can approve or reject a request to join their group in two ways:
from the ErgZone app or the
ErgZone Web Admin.
On ErgZone app
A badge with the number of pending approvals will be displayed at the group icon on the top of the screen, similar to this:
- Open the ErgZone app.
- Find and click on the Group at the top of the screen
- A red badge with a number will be displayed if there are pending requests
Click on the "Manage" icon
A list of Pending Approvals will be displayed.
Click on the ❌ to reject. Or the ✅ button to accept the request.
On the ErgZone Web Admin
- Visit https://admin.erg.zone
- Sign in with your logbook account
- Find the group on the Menu on the left
- Click on the "Users" tab
- Requests will be listed at the top of the user's list
- Click on the ❌ to reject. Or the ✅ button to accept the request.
