ErgZone Marketplace Fees
This article explains how fees are handled when you sell content on ErgZone, and how and when you’ll receive payouts for your sales.
ErgZone Fee
ErgZone charges a platform fee to help maintain the marketplace and continue developing features that support our coaching partners.
- 15% per transaction
- Minimum of $3 USD
This applies to all types of content sold: training plans, libraries, memberships, competitions, and live races.
Stripe Processing Fee
Stripe handles all payment processing. Their transaction fee varies depending on your country, currency, and account type.
- Typically 3–5% of the transaction total
- Stripe deducts this amount automatically before payout.
Example Payout Calculation
If you sell a training plan for $40 USD:
- ErgZone Fee: $6.00 (15%)
- Stripe Fee (approx.): $1.40 (3.5%)
- You receive: ~$32.60
Payout Schedule
Payout timing depends on the type of product:

| Training Plans | Start of each month |
| Workout Libraries | Start of each month |
| Monthly Memberships | Start of each month (for active subscribers) |
| Competitions | A few days after registration ends |
| Live Races | A few days after registration ends |
Notes
- You must have an active ErgZone Connected Account to receive payouts.
- If a transaction is refunded, Stripe fees are not returned.
- You can view your earnings and payouts directly in your Stripe dashboard.
