Workout Labels on ErgZone


What are Workout Labels?

Workout labels help you organize and categorize workouts within a group (track) on ErgZone. Labels make it easier for athletes to search, filter, and identify workouts based on focus, equipment, intensity, and more.


Label Types

You can categorize workouts using the following label types:

  • Movement (e.g., Row, BikeErg, Burpee)
  • Equipment (e.g., SkiErg, Dumbbells)
  • Event (e.g., CRASH-B, Holiday Challenge)
  • Intensity (e.g., Max Effort, Recovery, VO2)
  • Other (custom tags for your use)


How to Set a Label for Multiple Workouts

  1. Open the Web Admin.
  2. Select the Group (Track) from the menu.
  3. Select the workouts you want to label.

  4. Click Update Labels.

    Choose a Label Type.

    Either:

    • Check an Existing Label, or

    • Type a New Label and check it.


  5. Click Save.



How to Remove a Label from Multiple Workouts

  1. Open the Web Admin.
  2. Select the Group (Track).
  3. Select the Workouts you want to update.
  4. Click Update Labels.
  5. Uncheck the Label(s) you want to remove.
  6. Click Save.

How to Delete a Label Completely
