Troubleshooting
Can't find the screenshot on your device?
If you are using an Android device, we suggest checking the "Gallery" on your phone, as it may automatically save it there.
Why isn’t the Save/Share screenshot working or saving my workout image on Android?
If you’re unable to save your workout or the Save/Share function isn’t working properly, try the following steps:
Reinstall the App
Uninstall and reinstall the ErgZone app to reset permissions.
Grant All Permissions on First Use
The first time you tap “Save,” the app will request permissions. Be sure to grant all requested permissions — including access to media files or music (this is how Android sometimes labels general media access).
Check App Permissions Manually
If it still doesn’t work:
- Go to Settings > Apps > ErgZone > Permissions
Make sure permissions for Photos and Media (or Files and Media, depending on your Android version) are enabled
Once these permissions are granted, the Save/Share screen should work as expected, allowing you to save the workout image and share it as needed.
