Want to try to redo a workout? 

How about using a previous performance as a pace/watts or rate guide? 

With ErgZone+, you can set a previous pace/watts and rate as the targets for the workout. 

  1. Find the workout you want to perform again
  2. Click to expand the result you wish to use as the target 
  3. Click on the button "REROW," "RESKI," or "RERIDE."
  4. Select an intensity:
    1. Overall Average: will set all intervals to the average pace/watts performed in the past
    2. Interval Average: will set each interval to the pace/watts performed in the past
  5. Select "Rate."
    1. Overall Average: will set all intervals to the overall rate performed in the past
    2. Interval Average: will set each interval to the rate performed in the past
    3. Original Rate: will set all to the originally suggested rate, if present
    4. Open Rate: will not set a suggested rate to any interval 
  6. Click "ReRide", "ReRow" or "ReSki"
