Payment: How to Cancel My Group?
Need to Cancel Your ErgZone Groups Subscription?
We are sad to see you go but understand the need to break sometimes.
The following steps will demonstrate how to cancel your subscription.
- Go to ErgZone Web Admin
- Click the Billing tab.
- Click on the "Manage" button. It will redirect you to a secure page on Stripe.
- Click on the "Cancel plan" button.
- Your subscription will automatically be deleted, and no more payments will incur.
- You will have access to the groups until the current billing cycle ends.
