Competition Certificate

Competition Certificates allow athletes to view and download a digital certificate for competitions they have completed on ErgZone.

Certificates are available directly from the ErgZone app once a competition is finished.

When is a certificate available?

A certificate becomes available after the competition has officially ended.

Certificates are not shown while a competition is still running.

How to access your competition certificate

Open the ErgZone app
Go to the competition you participated in
Select the competition results
Tap View Certificate
Download or save the certificate to your device

The entire process can be done directly from your phone.

Accessing certificates for past competitions

Certificates are available not only for new competitions, but also for all past competitions you participated in.

If you competed before this feature was released, your certificates will still be available as long as the competition has ended and your results are linked to your profile.

Once downloaded, you can:

Save the certificate to your device
Share it via email or messaging apps
Post it on social media

There are no limits on how many times you can download your certificate.

Subscription requirements

You do not need an ErgZone subscription to access or download your competition certificate.

Certificates are available to all competition participants.

Troubleshooting

If you do not see your certificate:

Confirm the competition has ended
Make sure you are logged into the same ErgZone account used during the competition
Check that your results are correctly associated with your profile
