My Stats Screen

Viewing Your Overall Stats in ErgZone


ErgZone offers athletes a dedicated My Stats screen to track and analyze progress over time. This feature gives you a clear picture of your performance history.


What You Can See in My Stats


The My Stats screen displays your accumulated workout data across all sessions, including:

  • Total Meters
  • Total Workout Time
  • Total Active Dates
  • Total Calories Burned
  • Average Pace
  • Average Watts
  • Average Stroke/Cadence Rate (per erg type)
  • Average Heart Rate Zones

Workout Group Comparison Graph


In addition to your overall stats, My Stats includes a visual graph that displays total meters accumulated by training group. Each group is represented as a bar, allowing for an easy comparison of your effort across different communities or workout programs.


Filter Options

You can filter your stats by:

  • Erg Type (Row, Ski, Bike, Fan Bike, MultiErg, Fan Bike, etc.)
  • Timeframe (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Per Year, Custom Range)

This flexibility allows you to dig deeper into your data and evaluate performance based on specific sport or training periods.


How to Access My Stats


From the ErgZone App


  1. Open the ErgZone app.
  2. From the Workouts or Results tab, tap the graph icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Use the filters and explore your stats by erg type and timeframe.


From the Web Admin


  1. Go to https://admin.erg.zone/
  2. Sign in with your ErgZone credentials.
  3. Click on My Profile.
  4. Click the Stats button to view your workout history and breakdowns.
