Groups: Reactivate your account

Need to reactivate an ErgZone account to access your Groups & Training Plans?

The following steps will guide you through the process.

1. Visit ErgZone Web Admin.
2. Sign in with your ErgZone account.

3. On "Billing," select a Tier based on the number of users you expect to have in your group;

   

4. Select payment option:
   1. Monthly

   2. Yearly

      

5. Provide payment method information.

   

6. Click on the "Subscribe" button.

Your account will be automatically activated allowing you to manage your groups.
