Row for your country! Here’s the scoop on the Rowing events for Erglympics 2024:

🚣‍♀️ Sprint: 500 meters

🚣‍♀️ Medium: 2,000 meters

🚣‍♀️ Long: Marathon (42,195 meters)

🗓️ Event Dates: July 26, 2024 - August 11, 2024

👉 Leaderboards will be grouped by country. The more athletes from your country compete, the better represented it will be! 🥇

📢 RULES TO REMEMBER:

🔹 Choose which workout to participate in; you’re not required to perform all workouts.

🔹 Mandatory use of the ErgZone app; manual entries will not be allowed.

🔹 Each athlete gets only 1 attempt per workout. Failing to complete the workout will invalidate your participation in that workout.
