How to Delete My Account

We are sad to see you go but here are the steps to delete your account:

• Open the ErgZone App
• Go to the Settings screen
• Scroll all the way day
• Press the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button
• You'll be prompted to confirm the deletion and a message will display saying that the process to delete your account can take up to 2 business days
• Press the "Request Deletion" button

You may receive an email confirming to delete your account if the systems identify that it needs some verification.

If you have an in-app subscription you'll be requested to cancel the subscription through Apple or Google to continue with the account deletion.

All the data associated to your account will be deleted: workout results, workouts created, access to groups, reactions, comments, user account.
