How to cancel a coach membership?

If you've bought a monthly/yearly coach programming through ErgZone and want to cancel it, here are the steps:

  1. Open the ErgZone App
  2. Go to the "Discover" screen (globe icon at the bottom of the screen)
  3. Expand the "Memberships" section
  4. Find the group you want to cancel and then click the "Manage" button
  5. The app will open the browser and you'll have an option to cancel the plan in there

If you've bought the membership outside of ErgZone, then please contact your coach directly.
