Chat: Direct Messages

ErgZone allows admins to communicate directly with a group of individuals within the ErgZone app.

It is not enabled by default, and the group admins need to start the chat with individuals.

Enable a Direct Message Chat

1. Open the ErgZone app
2. Select the group you want to start the Group Chat

3. Click to manage the group

   

4. Find the Member you want to message and click on the chat bubble their name.

   

5. Type the first message and send

Once the first message is sent, the chat can be accessed at the bottom of the ErgZone screen.
