Can I pause a workout?

No. 

Because PM5 doesn't allow for a pause during a workout, ErgZone doesn't either. 

If you are doing a long piece and need a pause to stretch, move or drink some water, you can stop moving the flywheel, and ErgZone will keep the monitor on for up to 10 minutes.
